Q: Who Provides Home Care?

A: Home Care services are provided by a variety of organizations, including licensed home care agencies, certified home health agencies, councils on aging, county departments of social services, therapy companies, (PT, OT & ST) home medical equipment companies and infusion (IV) nursing agencies.

Q: What care services do you provide?

A: Services for Home Care: We provide care services such as, but not limited to, personal care / custodial care – activities of daily living, companionship, medication reminders, meal preparation, and miscellaneous errands. CareOptima services are designed according to your specific needs.

Q: Do you provide services in assisted living communities or nursing homes?

A: Yes. You are allowed to privately hire caregivers for family members residing in assisted living communities or nursing homes. CareOptima can provide one-on-one personal care in these settings.

Q: How can I avail of CareOptima Services for Home Care?

A: Email us at info@careoptima.com or call (888) 600-8016 or (980) 339-2948 to schedule a free consultation with our Home Care Assessment Nurse for an in-home initial assessment. Services start only after our home care supervisor makes a final determination based on the initial assessment completed.

Q: How much do your services cost?

A: The cost for the initial registered nurse assessment is $50.00. After our home care supervisor makes a final determination based on this assessment, you will be provided a copy of care services assessment cost for your review and approval.
